Ooops I’ve been neglecting my little blog a bit lately. Here’s the start of what you’ve missed. A new artwork. This one was done as part of Louise Gale’s Colour Challenge. The theme was to create your own interpretation of the colour wheel. The idea for the girls with their hair like this sprung straight into my mind the moment I read the theme. I felt really inspired and just couldn’t stop. I think I painted most of it that day. I like how it’s come out. Very bright and fun. The title is from a Sneaker Pimps song of the same name. It reminds me of one of my bestie girlfriends Keryn and how we used to rock around Carlton and St Kilda to the Sneaker Pimps back in the days of no responsibility. Oh how I miss those crazy days.
